He joined GNEC in 1983 seven years after his professional activity and is currently responsible for Power Plants Dept. as Deputy Managing Director. The main scope of activities in the department consists of different types of gas turbine, steam, combined cycle power plants and F class units. Available services are design and design review of different parts of a power plant, feasibility studies construction and development of power plants, research and development of standards, providing technical specifications, providing technical and contractual documents of transferring power plants to the private sector, quality control, inspection and technical supervision services, join with large EPC projects contractors in engineering field and procurement.

He joined GNEC in 1981 after five years of professional activity and is currently responsible for Transmission Substations and Dispatching Dept. as Deputy Managing Director. The scope of activities of the department consists of activity in field of transmission substations at various voltage levels, AIS, GIS automation systems technologies and dispatching and telecommunicate systems. Consultancy engineering services and backstopping services and site supervision for construction of high voltage substations, management of contract (MC), financing consultancy services, preventive repair and maintenance of substations (PM), engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) are major fields of providing services in the department.
