The gas section of Dukohe class F power plant with capacity of 307 MW was officially inaugurated on 27/04/2023 with the presence of Islamic Republic of Iran president and Minister of Energy .

Dukohe combined cycle power plant, including one gas unit and one steam unit ,with total capacity of 451 MW is one of the high efficiency power plants in the country which is being established in the southwest of Iran.

The power plant aims to provide part of the demand of the country's national grid ,improve the stability of the electricity network in the southern and central regions of the country, increase the average efficiency of thermal power plants, save fuel consumption per kilowatt hour of energy production, transfer technical knowledge and internalize the equipment of cycle power plants.

GNEC is responsible for the supervisory services in the project.
