Commencement ceremony for the construction of Dehroud dam was held on 11 February 2024 at the construction site of dam with the presence of the executive vice president of I.R .Iran.

The first and the second feasibility study of the dam design has been performed by GNEC since 2016.

The type of dam is CSG with concrete top and 26 meters height. The dam crest length is 340 meters and the tank volume is 11 million cubic meters.

GNEC will be responsible for all supervision services in the project.

Dehroud is a rural district of Dashtestan county, Bushehr province, Iran .
